岗位职责：
1 Comply with GBI stategy, performing application survey, planning the promotion, implementation,integration，migration
and rollout in GC area for the global ERP, HR & Admin platform, to provide reliable & opportune service to GC WPs' business.
2 Along with OMCC IT strategy, provide prefessional
service for WPs in the area of ERP(JDE) implemtation, custmization and maintanance, as well as the satellite system support, to help WP on the resource optimization.
3 Based
on GBI guideline and OMCC IT Strategy, managing and extending the O365 sharepoint to all GC WPs, provide development, custimization, migration and rebuild service for GC users, to
help users on the collaboration with sustainable improvement
4 Based on GBI guideline and OMCC IT Strategy, lead the cross-functional team, analyze the process, identify the
automation opportunities, laverage the RPA tool on the process reengineering, to improve the automation potential and achieve the agreed-upon outcomes for GC WPs, especially in the
labor deduction
5 Comply with IT Security policy and IT project management methodology, perform consultation, develop detail project plan, overseeing various project steps,
make and review all deliverables, make sure the projects are within budget and scope, to enhance the IT application governance and meeting users' satisfaction
6 According to
OMCC IT Policy and WP(ML,HK,TW) business needs, provide application Tier 2 service for Glocal or OMCC standard platform or system(SPO, RPA, JDE etc.), e.g. user education, trouble
shooting and periodic reporting etc., to ensure OMCC IT's operational target.
7 Comply with OMCC process innovation guildline, support on the process standardization and optimatization
from HR and Admin application perspective, to make a contribution on the OMCC process innovation target.
8 Following the OMCC IT Policy, take the responsibility of the IT internal/external
audit for the key system in OMCC, including the area of infrastructure, application and client service, help to improve the risk management in OMCC
任职要求：
1 Bachelar
degree or above in computer science or software engineering related
2 5 years experience or above in Software project management
3 Project management skill
JDE
consultantion, implementation and development skill
Familiar with development & admin for SharePoint tool - Avepoint
Strong uderstanding of RPA plan, resource & development
IT Audit, internal Audit and/or risk advisory experience is a plus
Good communication skill
4 "CET6 or related certificate
PMP certificate is a must
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional(Want)"
